UPDATE PAUSED Can not resume the update shows "content file locked" Anyone has the issue that after downloaded the MB updating file, the game shows "update paused" and couldn't resume the update. Just got home and there was a small update. In the game list it says that the update is paused and on the downloads page it's showing content file locked. Shut down Steam and bring it back up. I've tried closing steam and restarting the computer. No other games are running and I've tried turning the Anti virus off but still the same. No good, 22 filed need to be reaquired, then I'm back at the same point with all of the above still unchanged. I can't find scorched earth to steam download paused content file locked it. If I delete ark from steam and reinstall it, will that delete my characters too?
